6 ft at Itamambuca Beach
North of Sao Paulo State - Brazil
We reached the point at 6:30 AM. A mild climate, not hot, not cold. I was sleeping on the back of the car when I heard the waves crash. When I opened my eyes, And saw that, i jumped of the car and found my friends already waxing their boards.
The waves was about 6 ft high with a perfect formation.
Droping that waves was one of the more happy days of my life. I remember to see my brother droping a very large barrel.
I big wave appear in the Horizon ... It was a great drop till the wave´s base, a big turn, and surfing till the sand...
A made this about five times then my arms get tired, rowing against that waves is not easy ...
Then we get back to the town.
Itamambuca Beach, left corner, 3 ft waves. Can you imagine the 6 ft ones?
